I'm facing a problem in cisco unity express about auto attendant. So, i want to customize the auto attendant rather than using default system prompts like AAwelcome.wav etc.
I use cisco unity express editor to configure the auto attendant scripts. The broad outline of the scripts flowchart are :
start --> incoming call accepted by AA --> play the welcome prompt --> is holiday ? if yes play holiday prompt, if no play business day prompt --> and in business day , is still business hour ? if yes play business open and if not play business closed prompt --> then go to main menu --> in main menu play prompt that request the caller to choose whether to dial the ext number or dial 0 for operator.
In welcome prompt and menu prompt, the attendant right now can use custom prompt. Instead of using default AAwelcome.wav and AAmainmenu.wav, in our system we uploaded .wav files using our local language which is Indonesian. In main menu properties we configured dialByExtn to use digit 1 and for operator assistance use digit 0. The problem is after the caller press 1, the caller still hear "Enter the phone number and then press the # key". We want to use custom wav also for that part. I have configured several configurations, add new parameter but it doesn't succeed until now.
I also attach existing auto attendant scripts.
I really appreaciate for your help and suggestion to fix my problem.

Please follow the below steps to create a call to an external phone number using AA scripts:
1. CUE UI -----> System ------> Scripts -------> New
2. In settings please check "Allow Dial-by-extension at any time during the main menu" and sub menu.
3. Check "Allow external transfers" tab too.
4. Main menu ------> Add action ----->
5. Select your key and action.
6. You will be prompted to enter your external phone number in "Transfer to" sub menu.
Kindly try with this new script.

Hi Karthik,
Thanks for your reply, but i think we have different perception. The problem that i described above is, we have auto attendant and in part that the attendant said "Enter the phone number and then press the # key". We want to modify that announcement in local language. But until this time we haven't got any solutions despite we have configure and change some paramaters and variables in file that i attached above.
