Cisco Unity Express - Serviceengine Boot Loader>

I am in process of installing and configuring Cisco Unity Express. I configured required IP and default Gateway for ISM 0/0 Interface. Now when I do

service-module ism 0/0 session  command it give me serviceEngine Boot Loader>  Promt?

Kindly help how can i resolve this , I want o cconfigure Auto attendent.

Hi,

Newest modules; ISM and SM,does noy contain any software installed. You need to go through the installation procedure.
You can search on cisco.com for the steps to install SRE (service ready engine) module.
