Cisco Unity Express Version 7.0 Auto Attendant Transfer

Hi world,

I have recently inherited a problamatic CUCM cluster with Unity version 7 with auto attendant.

I am in status of designing an upgrade for them however currently having an issue with the call transfer feature with auto attendant.

We have 3 offices.

Office 1 - DN start 1XXX

Office 2 - DN start 2XXX

Office 3 - DN start 3XXX

Calls routes to Unity and plays the prompt to enter the extension number.

After entering the 4 digit extension the call transfer works for office 1 & 2 but not office 3. 

I dont understand how the transfer works in this older version of Unity - I have downloaded the AA script and had a look in there and can see extension length is set to 4 however I dont understand what happens next.

Any one know what might be stopping transfers to extensions starting 3XXX?

Hi Chris,

Does the call fail for 3XXX extensions when you call from an IP phone as well as PSTN phone, or just the PSTN phone ( external call )?

It would help if we can get debugs for a successful transfer to 1XXX or 2XXX and the failed transfer to 3XXX for comparison.
