Our office use cisco call manager express
& cisco unity server, Today When I access the voice mail by ip phone,the ip phone restart, need help for solving this question.

try a different phone for starters.
if it only happens to this one phone, then use a sniffer, ethereal.com, to capture exactly what the phone is doing and what it's being told to do.
this will be a good start for troubleshooting.
