Hi,
I work in an environment where we have a full time help desk support team. Currently our network team receives calls to reset voicemail pins. My question is, is there a way to setup a role to where the helpdesk personnel are able to reset pins in Unity? Also need to make sure that is all they can do and nothing else. Appreciate any help thanks.

I'm guessing this is actually CUC, and not Unity, correct??
If so, there is only the pre-defined roles from which you can choose, this one might be good

Yes CUC. Is there a way to create a new role? I noticed that in this Help Desk Role one of the Assignemts is Web Service access in which they will be able to have view, read create and delete privileges. This concerns me as I don't want them to be able have rights to delete anything. Not exactly clear on what Web service access entails but that is a concern for me that they can delete stuff.

No, you can only choose from the ones that are in the list.
Otherwise, you'd probably be better of simply telling your users about PCA and have them reset the PIN on their own, if they mess up anything else, it will only be their account.
