Hi,
After installing the CUPC v8.5 on a client's computer, the login screen is just a dark-blue screen with no options on it. I tried uninstalling it and then re-installing but still have the same issue. It was working fine on their computer until we had to downgrade from Service Pack 3 to Service Pack 2 (Windows XP) to fix an Outlook problem. The majority of our computers are running on Windows XP SP2 and the CUPC works fine on other PCs.
What might be the issue here?

Hey Dave,
I checked and see that the minimum requirements for CUPC 8.5 is Win XP w/ SP3, however the issue with the options not showing is mostly due the old display drivers.
Please goto Control Panal -> System -> Hardware -> Device Manager, there look for Display Adapters and then right click and click on properties. In the Properties window, click on the Driver Tab. There you will find the Driver Version and the Driver Date
Try to find the latest driver for this display adapter and install them. Once installed, please relauch the CUPC and see if the display issue is resolved.
You can find the latest driver for the display adapter from:
1) The Laptop Manufacturer's Website and then locate the Model.
2) Go Direclty to the Website of the Display Adapter's Manufacturer.
Updating the display drivers would help in this issue.

Hi Dave,
If you have the CUPC started and it does not prompt you for any Username and Password fields, then try to either Disable the IPv6 in your machine or if you have AVG Antivirus try to uninstall that and check and if you a Link Scanner try to disable that and check.
