Cisco VG410 SCCP Gateway registrations on Call Manager 12.5

hi Expert,

When configure VG410 in UCM 12.5 for SCCP, I don't see option for VG410 (only see VG400 and VG450)

Should we select VG400 or VG450 in UCM for SCCP? and what is the different?

Hello @ciscovnetengineer,

the VG410 is a pretty new device and according to the official Cisco VG410 Analog Voice Gateway Data Sheet it is not supported in UCM 12.5:

• Compatible versions: 14 SU3 (Without BAT), 15.0 (SU1) onwards

As you probably know the last day of support for UCM 12.5 is August 31, 2025, so it is time to upgrade to UCM 15 anyway.
