A call handler with the specified extension already exists in the Part

Trying to put an extension on a call handler but getting the error thta it already is assigned in the partition.  However, I cannot find it assigned to any call handler, directory handler, interview handler, user, or user alternate extension.

How do I find the object that is blocking the assignment?

Try importing it as a user. You should get "Download error file" link. Might have some info.

Tried it.  Throws the exact same error.

Figured it out....stupid mistake.  There was a filter being applied to the call handler list.
