Cisco Voice Gateway - Call disconnect timeout

When outbound call is passed through E1 port, and call is disconnected end users hear busy tone for about 30 seconds, also if call is initiated with sip trunk, SIP bey message is sent from Cisco GW after 30 seconds. ISDN disconnect cause is received almos immidiately after call is disconnected:

How can I adjust this parameter? This is my voice-port configuration:

voice-port 0/1/0:15

echo-cancel erl worst-case 0

echo-cancel mode 2

timeouts call-disconnect 2

timeouts wait-release 2

I guess this is T305 timeout, but cant find where can I change this on CME.
