CME GUI 8.8 Not Displaying Properly

When I login to the CME GUI, and I am unable to do anythign. The dropdown menus are not accessible. I am running v8.8. I have downloaded the latest files. I am running IOS c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.152-1.T1.bin

Everything that I can tell looks right but it still does not work.

check you're using the correct GUI files, and a comaptible browser like firefox or older IE.

I have confirmed that I have the correct files. They are also the same files that I am using on onther working systems. I am using IE8. It works with the other working systems.
