COBRAS Import for Connection 8.0.0.83; Specific Subscriber Messages

We are preparing for a Unity Connection 9.x to 11.5 migration and are reviewing the options to restore subscriber messages.  In watching the import video, it was mentioned that there was a process to restore select messages, not all messages, when a single subscriber was selected.

I do not see that option in the latest import utility.  Is there another way to perform this task, am I missing a "hidden" check box for this task, or is my only option to export select messages using the COBRAS Backup Editor and relay the message to the person out-of-band?

I believe on export you can specify a time period in days for messages to export. I am unaware of being able to just import specific messages. You might be able to hack on the access data files that the COBRAS export creates, but that would seem like an awful lot on manual intervention.

In the Import training video, linked below, it mentions the process that I described above; time mark 47:30.  Not sure if the feature was deprecated due to an issue, or if the capability was added into another utility/tool.
