Collaboration and UCM 14.x sizing

Can you please explain to me the sizing model of collaboration **bleep** 14.x?

I am a bit confused how to make the right sizing to identify if it is about small/medium or large deployment.

For example, If we have this case

A-FLEX-NUPL-E - NU On-Premises Calling Enhanced (Qty 267)
A-FLEX-NUPL-A - NU On-Premises Calling Access (Qty 237)
A-FLEX-CCX-P-C - On-Premises UCCX Premium Concurrent Agent (Qty 100)
A-FLEX-WFO-NQM - Quality Management Named Agent (Qty 60)
A-FLEX-WFO-NQM-O - Quality Management Named Agent Overage (Qty 01)

Is it a small deployment?

Best regards

Hi Omar,

Sizing a Collaboration Solution not only depends upon how many users/devices you will deploy.

Aspects such number of simultaneous calls, configured services (Voicemail, Contact Center, MRA) are involved in determining which cluster you should deploy.

Cisco also has a useful deployment guide that coul help you to choose the right size

Here is a simplified reference table
