Attempting to use the collabupgrade.cisco.com migration analysis tool. I can use admin user and the tool works fine. If I copy admin to another user, that user says credentials failed.
I copied the admin, so permissions are the same. What am I missing?
I will be running the tool against
cucm
uccx
unity
One other thing: When trying to look at the Assessments, PDF, it says plugin won't load.
