Hello,
Its seems to a one way media issue from WebRTC.
The web RTC user is coming from outside (from internet) or its a internal user (means using LAN only) only?
Also Please advise whether the Jabber users are getting audio from webRCT or not?
If the WebRTC user is coming from internet, please check whether STUN bindings are happening or not? or whether proper ports are open on firewall or not?
