We have a CUCM cluster version 11.0.1.20000-2.
At the beginning of this implementation (2015) we configured "Conference Now" feature with NO problem.
Since two months ago only internal users can connect to conference Now bridges
Here is the behavior:
PSTN users can call our main pilot and select Conference Now number (7000),
PSTN users can connect to our Conference Now number (7000), and hear IVR welcome message...
once PSTN users select "Meeting number"+ #, they only got SILENCE, no reorder tone only SILENCE.
If PSTN users select a non-existent "Meeting number" the IVR provides proper message.
When we see RTMT logs...we validated that:
a) PSTN users invoke proper IVR resources.
b) PSTN do not get required CFB resources ( as internal user do).
We have set proper "Rerouting CSS" on SIP trunk to voice gateway
We have validate that Voice Gateway, SIP trunk, voice mail ports ( for AA) are in proper Device pool.
But we still have the problem.
Do you have any idea about root cause of our problem?
