Hello all,
Should I be to restart snmp master agent during production hours? It says I would need to also restart the hsot resources agent as well. Would this effect calling or anything else aside from snmp traffic?

Yes, you can safely restart SNMP master service, it will not affect any call processing.

Thanks Chris. Do you know what the host resources agent is doing?

Not quite, where do you see that?

When I am about to associate the nodes to the smnp user. It says something like restarting the snmp master agent also restarts the host resources agent if it is running.

I have done it many times during production hours without any issues.
