Connection 8.6.2 Bulk Update fails

Trying to do a basic update for VM users like this:

Alias,EmailAction,VoicemailAction,FaxAction,DeliveryReceiptAction,RelayAddress

aprice,2,1,2,2,aprice@domain.com

Keep getting this error:

CSV input file has duplicate column: 2

  CSV input file has duplicate column: 1

If I shrink it to just

Alias,EmailAction

aprice,2

errors out saying

CSV input file has no data rows.

There's customer confidential info so I can't upload the entire CSV put the snips are shown here

You've already posted the content, I need to verify the actual file type, try saving it as DOS-CSV.

Actually tried it as a Windows CSV and it started working! thanks for the advice
