Dear all,
I want to run BAT (Bulk Administration) with .tar file, I am trying to import route pattern to CUCM 9.1.
I have created route patterns as .csv file, my question is: how can I convert CSV file to TAR file ?
I tried with some online convert websites without luck.
Your help is much appreciated.

Google: how to create a tar file on < your_OS >
Whatever you're running, Windows, Linux, Mac, etc. You'll find the instructions and/or programs to do so.

thanks Jaime for the prompt reply.
I tried with 7-zip, uploaded the .tar file. When I validated the import file from Bulk, I received the error message below, how to solve " Tar File does not have the header file" ?

Validate Configuration Items
Begin Time : 06/30/2014 10:52:45
Failure Details :
FileName Error Code Error Description
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
xxxx.tar Tar File does not have the header file

Thanks for the POST, this solved my ignorance of import/export. 7-Zip works just fine.
We have a need to export CTI route points for Call Handlers in an emergency situation.

Hi,
you actually need to export configuration data first - this would yield a tar file including the missing header file.
