Copying current phone entry

running CUCM  10.5.2.11900-3.

When I go to a current phone that is being used and copy that template I am unable to change the MAC address entry to program a new phone? I feel like I was able to do this before? Anyone know what may be wrong?

Hi Steven,

Are you using COPY or Supper Copy and do you see any error.

Try using a different browser.

Just copy. I am on a mac using chrome.

I just tested with 10.5.2.10000-2 in LAB and it worked

I have tried Windows 7 using chrome and IE.

I have tried MAC using chrome and Safari....

I am logging in with admin account. Its really weird.

Is dbreplication is fine for cucm cluster ? And making this change from cucm publisher only ?

Yes from the publisher and db looks good.
