Solved: Could UCM-12X-BAS-UCL license be used on CUCM 11.5 ?

Dears,

We are using CUCM version 11.5 . We purchased additional 10 licenses and get 10 X 'UCM-12X-BAS-UCL'

Could we use UCM-12X-BAS-UCL for CUCM version 11.5 or we should ask it to be changed to 'UCM-11X-BAS-UCL'?

Ask for them to be changed. Cisco licensing might do that for you since the value is arguably lower for an 11.x licence than a 12.x. Not only are the licences version specific, but I don't think there's any way to load a 12.x licence onto PLM.
