Does Unity 403/404 UM come with 2 default TTS session?

This TTS session are shared for all the UM subscribers, right?

If we want integrate rightfax into unity, do we need fax license?

Hi -

This depends on the Unity bundle that is ordered - 200 users and below 2 TTS, greater than that will be 4, 16 etc. The TTS sessions are shared amongst all UM users. With Unity 4.0 there is no more fax license required. However, you need to put your fax users in a Unity COS that has FaxMail enabled.

We didn't order bundle. What's the part number it is for 2 ports? Thanks

Hi -

The part number I found on the Cisco Configurator was UNITY-RS-ML - Unity, one session Real Speak TTS. If you did not order the bundle, you would order 2 of these (non-failover). You would need to order the same for the other server if you have a failover configuration.
