Create TCT-Profile

Hello,

we use since 2 months CUCM 10.5 (from 8.6 -> 10.5) , now our employees would like use the jabber for iphone.

They are round about 450 user and now I shall create  for every user a TCT-Profile .

How can I make this automatically, can I do this with bulk admin  (export .csv and then import)  or which option have I ?

you can use Bulk admin to add "dual mode for iphone" devices for all 450 users.

I didn’t understand exactly what did you mean .

I choose “bulk administration” , phones , insert Phones or update phones ?
