CRM Finesse UCCX and CUCM LDAP sync

I have a simple question. What would be the impact to sync CRM Finess to UCCX and LDAP to CUCM during business hours? Would it hurt to sync twice a day?

The answer to that is it depends on your system. For a smaller system it would not have a big impact, but for a larger busy system it can have an impact. Best would be for you to test and keep an eye on it for any issues that arise.
