Hello,
How do I give CRUD permissions (Create, Read, Update, Delete) to a user in CUCM?
Any help is appreciated.
Regards.

No, you need to modify the integration and use the permissions from the user you're using to integrate with it to adjust that.
Point higher in the tree, and give read permissions to the OUs which you want to sync to that user.

You configure roles and users groups for such purpose.
There are some pre-defined options, if they don't do what you want, create your own

Thank you Jaime.
Related with this same case, the client wants to add a new LDAP Directory. The thing is that there are 5 LDAP Directories already created and the CUCM (ver 6.1.3.1000-16) won't let me add a new one. I get the message:
"Can't Add More Than 5 LDAP Directories".
Is there any way to add a new LDAP Directory or it's impossibe to do it?
Regards.
