Hi,
My CUCCX CTI route point/ports cannot register with the CUCM server. I am getting the following error (CTI manager):
Device Open failed CTI Connection Id:5 Device Name:Trigger_HelpUK UNKNOWN_PARAMTYPE:ReasonCode:-1932787502 App ID:Cisco CTIManager
I found that error -1932787502 = CTIERR_DEVICE_RESTRICTED
All my CTI route points/ports are associated with the application user CTIuser_1 and the user has Standard CCM End Users & Standard CTI Enabled groups.
I am running CUCM 8.6.2.20000-2 and CUCCX 8.5.1.10000-11.
