I have a customer that is getting CTIOS Error 12005 when they login using their agent ID and extention. If they login with their agent ID and someone else's extension, it works just fine.
I've traded out the phone, deleted and recreated the device and extension. Associated the device to the PG User. Still nothing.
Any ideas??? Thanks.

For some reason the PG User didn't like the device. I just kept de-associating and associating the phone, until finally it worked.

Must probably that happen bcuz the extensión was already in use.
