Hello
Currently we have ESXi 5.1 and the CUACA 10.5.2 and we are upgrading to ESXi 6.0, I just need a confirmation if the CUACA 10.5.2 will still be supported once we upgrade to ESXi 6.0
In the Virtualization for Cisco Unified Attendant Consoles (CUAC) web page, says the Supported Versions of VMware vSphere ESXi= 4.1, 5.0, 5.1, 5.5
But in the CUAC Advanced 10.x OVA
- ESXi support: ESXi 4.x, ESXi 5.0, ESXi 5.5 (VM version 7) and beyond
That "and beyond" part, makes me think it's supported in 6 and later.
Thanks in advance

I bet for ESXI 6.0 you should go with CUAC 11.0. The OVA is mentioning about the virtual hardware version, not the ESXi version
Hope this Helps

Hello
Well that's the thing, if you check the OVA (from the Cisco Web page), it's the same OVA version 7 template for CUACA 10.x and 11.x; so technically CUACA 10.x and 11.x can use the same ESXi versions (unless there is something specific to the application itself that is incompatible). Additionally, if we check the Virtual Machine Compatibility:
"This virtual machine (hardware version 7) is compatible with ESX/ ESXi 4.0, ESX/ ESXi 4.1, ESXi 5.0, ESXi 5.1, ESXi 5.5, ESXi 6.0, and ESXi 6.5."
CUACA 12.x it's a different story, The OVA in http://cisco-ac.arcsolutions.com/ is for CUACA 12.x, they are 10 and 11 version.
