CUAC Advanced Preference error

When I start up the Attendant Console Advanced 11 client I get the following error:

Unable to update user preferences.  The following error was returned: Internal server communication issues.  

user has full admin rights on PC and also gave full control to the ARC registry key just in case.  

Any ideas or anyone else running into this issue?

I was able to contact TAC and finally got this resolved.  The ActiveMQ service was not started on the server where attendant console was installed.  When we tried to start the service it failed.  We then had to update java and the service started properly.  We also delete the operator and recreated it and then we no longer had the error.  Hope this helps.
