Hi,
I've a customer running following software versions:
CUBAC 3.1.8
CUCM 7.X
Requirement is to forward all the calls which aren't answered by the operator to a voicemail box after ringing 15 seconds. Configuring the Call Forward No Answer to Voicemail on Operator's Phone, CTI Ports and CTI Route Point didn't help.
Has anyone done it before, any ideas how can I achieve it?

This would depend on the configuration of the Queue's, Do you have shared queue's?
If not the CFNA will do this for you. If I recall correctly, if you are sending to the 1 Receptionist per queue then the CFNA would be utilized, if in a shared environment I believe the CFNA wasn't being hit for the forwarding.
