Hi Guys,
I have case about CUBE incoming call plar to Auto Attendant (Cisco Unity) , call busy if I do plar to AA but call connected if I do plar incoming to Ext Phone
Maybe I will explain my case :
SIP Trunk PSTN Number -> Translate to 5030 (AA/CTI Route Point) , the call failed , result debug ccsip message is CUCM sent 503 Service Unavalaible .
But if i call 5030 from ext , its connected normal call
Any suggest for my case ? Maybe miss codec ?

A 503 would not happen for a codec issue. Plus it is not called PLAR with the configuration that you outlined. It is more likely that you have not configured the Unity part correctly. How is Unity Connection integrated with CM?

Yes I Think Unity integration work properly (SCCP mode , all port registered) and i can call the AA from Ext
In My Case , I have 2 metodh PSTN , FXO line and SIP Trunk (Integration between VG and Provider PSTN) . If I PLAR FXO to AA , its working properly , I can hear AA but with SIP Trunk Connection the message 503 Service Unavalaible

Does the SIP trunk for the VG in CM have visibility of the partition where you have the SCCP ports used for the CUC integration?

Yes , i am sure the partition for reach CUC is avalaible in CSS Trunk
