Hi,
I have a setup cuc 10.5 in cluster.
whenever the internal user leaves a voicemail for other user, the other user tries to listen to voicemail then cuc says the caller name then play the message.
However same is not working when the PSTN caller leaves a messsage for internal, it straight away read the messages.
IP Phone user never comes to know the mobile or landline number of the person who has sent the message.
In mail for Single inbox the subject contains the caller id.
How to achieve the caller number to be spoken when the user tries to listen to his inbox.

Hi Raaj,
You can go to Edit > Playback Message Settings for the User teamplate for voicemail on Unity Connection and modify the following setting

Thank you Manish.
This is the right solution indeed.
However just making the changes on template will not update the existing user and i have to use the bulk edit option to make the changes to take in effect on each exisiting user.
