users reported that they changed the PIN from TUI and it got accepted by CUC but when they tried to login again after changing PIN, CUC prompts that their PIN is expired.
customer has an authentication rule so they do the following steps.
1. change the authentication rule to default one that has no trivia password set.
2. change the PIN to 123456 and check user must change the next login and put them into authentication rule that has trivia password checked.
3. user dials to CUC and change the PIN and CUC says accepted.
4. user dials back to CUC with the new updated PIN and CUC says the PIN is expired.
5. Admin sees that it still has that user must change the PIN next login checked...
it happens randomly and about 5 out of 30 users...
any ideas?
BTW, no AD integrated and no pin synchronization enabled with CUCM.
