We're using CUC and O365. I'm unable to add an user to the O365 Unified Messaging Service account we have created. I receive the following error. " Only one account may store voice messages in the Exchange mailbox" when doing so. Any suggestion or information would be greatly appreciated.
What version of Unity? More background information is always helpful when asking people who don't know your network to troubleshoot issues. Next, does UM still work for existing users? If so, how many existing users do you have?
