Hi - We recently carried out a 2.0.x to 2.1.x upgrade and noticed that the pre-recorded CH greetings were no longer available (this may have been a language issue). We are now planning our 2.1.x to 7.0.x upgrade and where wondering if this is a known issue with CUC upgrades. I believe the messages should remain intact as they are stored in their own partition but I cant find any docs that refer to recorded greetings being migrated.
thks all

Recorded greeting should be intact.
1. Make sure you do a DRS backup or Cobras on 2.x before running the upgrade.
2. Go directy from 2.x to 7.1(2a) instead of 7.1(2).

Thanks a lot!

just a note - COBRAS does not work (either export or import) on CUC 2.x - the off box access interfaces required for it to work did not get into the product till the 7.0(1) release.
DRS is your option there.
