CUC 8.6 - Distribution List

Hello,

Cisco Unity Connection version: 8.6.2ES145.25900-145 

I have a vm box which has been maintained exclusively by an agent for the past several years. She's managed it by dialing the vm box and checking the messages manually once a day.

Today it's been requested to re-assign that vm box admin to two new agents in a different department. They have requested to have the voicemails direct to their email directly so they don't have to dial in manually.

There is no pre-existing distro list for this box. I have created one but don't know how to assign it to the voicemail profile. I've read this document, (below) but don't see any instructions how to apply the distro list to the vm box.

This can be deleted. I figured it out. Deleted the vm box and created a call handler in it's place.
