a customer cuc "9.1.1.20000-5" user/pass wont open administration page even though it works on ssh putty and DRS page , im not sure what is wrong , is it a account lock? it says "log in failed , invalid username or password" . i even decrypted the platformconfig.xml and it showed the same credentials? what can i do?

Because CUC admin/reporting/serviceability use credentials that are in the CUC DB, and CLI/platform/DRS use credentials that are in the platform (Linux)
Are you sure you're actually using the right credentials????
Have you tried resetting the CUC admin credentials?
