CUC Call Handler

Hello,

I have a number that redirect to CUC Call Handler plays a Welcome message and redirects to a hunt Pilot at CUCM.
This hunt if the extensions do not answers CUCM need to redirect to a voicemail of this extensions, how i do that using distributions lists?

I configured but is the voicemail is redirecting to the default greeting of CUC.

You can run port number analyser to check what is the redirecting DN is hitting the unity voicemail .This will give us an idea why it is going to default greeting.

Also you can try to give wild card mask of whatever length DN you are using inside voice mail profile and see if that works.thanks

PS: Do not forget to allow the *.exe program in (C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco Systems\Unity Connection\Remote Port Status Monitor) in windows firewall.
