CUC Import Option not working

We are unable import the users from CUC 10.5 ,When i click on Import user link it just not coming anything ,We are using BE6K

Make sure the users are associated with their primary extensions.

Yes the primary extension assigned to the end user

Yes we have primary line assigned to the End user . When I click in the import user option the link itself is not opening
