Hi,
I am setting up a call flow in Unity Connection 7 where callers will be first directed to a call handler which plays a recorded message and then to the Caller System Transfer Conversation so that they can enter the extension they wish to reach. Is it possible to either change the prompt associated with the conversation or prevent it being played at all?
I have found older posts suggesting this was possible (though unsupported) on Unity, but cannot find anything similar for Unity Connection. Example Unity related posts:

Thanks in advance,
Dave

The administration guide states that replacing system prompts is not supported. You should be able to use a call handler instead of the Caller System Transfer conversation. That will allow you to control the greeting. On the Greetings page of the Call Handler check the Allow transfers to Numbers Not Associated with Users or Call Handlers checkbox.

I somehow missed the During Call option for Allow Transfer.
That will work great.
Thanks

Replay the call handler recording, you mean? If so, just set the after greeting call action to Restart Greeting.
