When I do test everything is ok . When I use the option "Use This Email Address" and change it to other exchange account

Hi,
If you have already compared the settings of working and non working users and tried deleting and re-importing the user, it could possibly be the following bug
https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCue31224/?reffering_site=dumpcr
You may check if this indeed is a user with large mailbox and try implementing the workaround mentioned in the bug and see if it helps.

We recently migrated hundreds of users from exchange 2010 to office 365. Out of hundreds of user, I have few users who are not receiving voicemail as an attachment in their outlook. This is part of same bug? Does this adjustment work for office 365?
Thanks.

Hi Peter,
I don't think it works for Office 365 , i would suggest checking with TAC.
