Hello,
is it possible to control an IP Phone by CUCILync 8.5 if Extension Mobility is used on CUCM?
Moreover, is it possible to automatically get the own number on the phone connected to the PC by Ethernet or directly present on the PC (for example, an IP Communicator, or a SIP phone connected by USB to the PC), when logging to CUCILync?
Thanks in advance and regards.

Yes. Just ensure the device where the user is logged in with EM and the end user account have the Allow Control of Device from CTI setting checked.

That would be interesting but no, not to my knowledge. CUCILync will do CDP and CAST for deskphone-enabled video calls though.

Could it be a solution?
