CUCiMOC IM Icon Greyed out

Hi, I have a working CUCiMOC installation that I can't seem to get the icon for IM to not be greyed out. I have 3 users installed with CUCiMOC and only one can sometimes use the IM icon.

Any ideas?

I don't recall CUCIMOC has IM icon.

IM was provided by MOC. CUCIMOC just provides the phone feature.

In your active conversation window to the right of the phone icon is a chat bubble icon. This is used while in a conversation to escalate the conversation to a MOC IM Chat and opens a MOC IM window, I have seen it work for this....just not consistantly, and not at all for 2 of the 3 installation I am currently piloting.
