Hi Guys

Getting the attached errors so many times , cucm 10.5 fails to boot , what is the issue behind it , how to fixed ???

File system corruption. You can download and run the recovery ISO from Cisco.con to see if that can repair from journal. If not you’ll need to reinstall and restore from DRS backup.
