cucm 11.5 ldap sync process very slow

Hello everyone,

in our infrastructure we have a CUCM version 11.5 and the problem we are having is that the LDAP synchronization is really slow, when I force the synchronization it takes more than an hour.

I tried to find out if someone else has the same problem as me but I didn't find anything

Has it happened to any of you?

Couple of things:

1. Change your LDAP server to point to a Global Catalog using port 3268.
2. Narrow the search base.
