Hi guys,
how can I reset an account with privileged user admin that was created in CUCM 11.5 and 12.5?
I have the output of the account created but the password stopped working.
admin:show password expiry user list
Password age limits for OS CLI users are:
=================================================
|MAX-age| MIN-age|
| Days | Days | UserID
|=======| ========| =============================
| 99999 | 0 | r2d2adm
| 99999 | 0 | jaba_support

I assume you are trying to reset the password for "jaba_support" and the "r2d2adm" is your admin account with privilege 4.
Using the command "delete account jaba_support" and add it using "set account name jaba_support"with a new password. Using the "set password" command you can only change the password of the account you are login.
pwrecovery/pwreset will only gives you the option to reset the admin password which was created during the installation.

Hi @Nithin Eluvathingal
Yes, Exactly as you said. But I tried to remove it and couldn't.
admin:delete account name jaba_support
Expected 1 mandatory parameter(s) and up to 0 non-mandatory parameter(s)
but 2 parameters were found
Command executed without success
Error when executing the command
