CUCM 11.5 upgrade

Hi all,

Current CUCM version 11.5.1.11900-26 ( SU1) , we are planning to upgrade to 11.5(1)SU9 if possible to SU10. Let us know whether we can go ahead direct upgrade to SU9 or need to go with intermediate version and then to SU10.

You can likely go directly between any SU versions within the same major release without any specific issues. However as @Nithin Eluvathingal wrote you do need to read up on the topic before you embark on this.
