Hi, recently I had done a new install for CUCM and Unity in version 14.x and running in VMware. Can I using snapshots or Veeam to backup the whole VM servers? I know in early version is not supported. How about in version 14.x?
Thanks.

Hi Roger, Thanks. Do you have any document to prove that Veeam still not able to support

If you read up on how Veeam works you would see that it uses snapshots and since that is not supported it automatically means that Veeam is not supported.

Hi Jonathan, thanks. How about on the Veeam site, is it supported o not and do you have any document?

The underpinning VMware feature that Veeam utilizes to perform the backup is not supported, so neither is Veeam. Also, if Cisco does not explicitly document that something is supported it's not supported by default.
