CUCM 5.0 Services Failure

Hi

We are currently facing a problem with CUCM 5.0 PUB, upon reboot it returns

fatal error on file \user\local\platform\conf\services.conf

Can anyone suggest what is the possible issue and solution to get over this.

Could you pls specify your platform ? Is it production env. or on vmware?

We have installed it on a MCS 7835 box in our lab as a Standalone publisher.
