I am running CUCM 6.1.4, and I want to enable the Helpdesk to be able to reset passwords and PINs for Call Manager users. They currently do not have this function, so I want to create a permissions group with the correct roles. What resources are required for the role I want to create that would allow a Helpdesk Tech the ability to reset passwords and PINs for other employees. I do not want them to have any other abilities than to do those 2 functions.

1. Create a user group
2. Assign the roles 'Standard CCM User Management' and 'Standard CCM Admin Users' to the user group
3. Add users to user group.
