We had to change the IP address of Publisher(different subnet) and afterthat replication is not happening well.

Attached you can find some diagnosis. A summary of issue is that.

1. utils dbreplication status

: database is down

2. utils diagnose test

: reverse DNS lookup missmatch  ( it was failed before and I put A and PTR record on our DNS server)

3. utils service list

: found services including A Cisco DB not running(Stop status) with Component is now running erro

3. Ping publisher and subscriber using IP and hostname

: good.

Please help how I can resolve this.

One more thing. Can't access via Web admin. SSH works.

Did you tried rebooting the server?

Is Tomcat/Call Manager service running?

Hi Ju Hwan,

Be careful the IP changing on CUCM is not a common operation.

As you can see on this link :

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/install/7_0_1/ipchange/ipchg701.html this operation require some precautions before, during and after the IP changing.

I suggest to you roll over your old IP address if you want to restart your telephony services ASAP.

If you have time i suggest to you to make some google or community forum in document part :

https://supportforums.cisco.com/community/netpro/collaboration-voice-video/unified-comm-application?view=documents

HTH.

Regards.
